My passion and purpose

I have always had a passion for complex things, and that growing an organisation is one of the most fascinating aspects of life any of us can be involved in. My business fuelled my love for this field, and since 2008, I have worked with other companies as a growth hacker and consultant, finding my purpose and reigniting my fire for nurturing others in growth.

Learning and growing

In September 2004, at the age of 12, I started a chocolate company on my parent's kitchen table; eight short years later, I was exporting to 17 countries worldwide.I had a strong aptitude for learning at a young age whilst collecting mentors and advisors, helping me to grow my brand to £6m; now, it's my mission to help you sustainably and effectively increase your revenue and impact.

is the summary of all I have learnt over the last 17 years in running my businesses and building clients organisations. It hinges on a deep understanding of consumer psychology, creating subconscious, emotional connections with your clients and customers. These involuntary memory triggers we make are centred in the emotional and five senses area of the brain.

The Limbic Brain

The limbic brain is responsible for all aspects of human behaviours, memories, decisions and our five senses. For this reason, understanding this aspect of ourselves is central to creating successful branding and sales strategies. Watching my clients flourish in terms of growth, revenue, and impact gives me the greatest satisfaction. Using over 17 years of experience in helping businesses to develop, I incorporate multiple b2b and b2c strategies and processes, from commission-only sales agents to cross-pollination partnerships. Alongside direct sales expansion, I also delve into managing investment, financing solutions, company-wide efficiency, and effective management through technology.

Digital & physical

Marketing is the art of communicating with your current or future clients in a sophisticated way. Good marketing allows you to be seen and convert a percentage of people to you and your products. However, outstanding and memorable marketing excites and creates an emotional connection, converting customers to loyal fans. Although the future of marketing is seen to be digital, the physical means used to reach customers will always be highly impactful in making positive, limbic brain connections.

Branding is psychology

As humans, we often believe our decisions are based on logical reasoning; however, this is far from the truth. The vast majority of our choices are based on subconscious and emotional responses. It is clear that the more you understand and implement psychology, the more you will truly understand and create successful branding.
